A place to say what you have not said yet
Weekly psychotherapy for adults, online by video call — from wherever you are. See the open appointments here and book in Telegram: no phone call, no waiting list.
Therapy starts with listening, not with a prescription
I hold a Ph.D. in psychology and am a member of Iran's Psychology and Counselling Organisation. My work is individual psychotherapy with adults, and sessions are held online by video call. Alongside clinical practice I write about psychology at work and in organisational development; the book and the Persian essays are on this site.
In a session, the first thing I do is listen to your situation: to what brought you here, and to what you want to be different. Then we build a path together that fits the life you actually have — your working hours, the people around you, what is genuinely within your reach. There is no ready-made template.
You do not have to decide anything in the first session. The first session is for getting to know each other and for both of us to judge whether this is the right path for you. If it is not, I will say so plainly and point you somewhere better as far as I am able.
How a session runs
The three things people ask about most.
Sixty minutes
Each session is 60 minutes, with a 15-minute gap before the next one so no session ends in a hurry.
Online, from anywhere
Sessions are held by video call; you do not need to be in Tehran or to travel. All you need is a room where you can be alone.
Confidential
What is said in a session is not shared with anyone — not family, not your workplace, not a third party.
What I work with
If what you are dealing with is not on this list, write it in the contact form.
- Anxiety and chronic worry
- Depression and loss of energy
- Work stress and burnout
- Relationship and marital difficulties
- Self-esteem and self-image
- Grief and loss
- Major life transitions
- Self-understanding and personal growth
The work of therapy is not for someone to decide in your place; it is for you not to be alone when you decide.
How booking works
Five steps, from picking a time to the session starting.
Pick an open time
From this page or inside Telegram — whichever day and hour suits you.
A short intake form
A few simple questions in Telegram; it takes under two minutes.
A questionnaire before the first session
If it would help, a questionnaire is sent to you before the first session. It takes about fifteen minutes and we go through the result together in the session. It is optional, and it is in Persian only.
A reminder before the session
The bot sends a reminder beforehand, and you can move the appointment up to 24 hours before.
The session starts
On time, with the video-call link sent to you before it begins.
Open appointments
Pick a time; the booking is completed in Telegram.
This site does not take bookings. Choosing a time opens that same appointment in the Telegram bot, and it becomes final there.
All times are Tehran time (UTC+3:30).
The soonest openings; cancel or move up to 24 hours before.

Common questions
Cancelling, a standing weekly slot, the fee, and the first session.
What if I cannot make my appointment?
You can cancel or move it in Telegram up to 24 hours beforehand, at no cost. Cancelling later than that is charged for the session, because that hour cannot be given to anyone else.
Can I have a standing weekly session?
Yes. After the first session, a standing weekly booking is opened for you up to four weeks ahead, so you are not hunting for a slot every week.
What does a session cost?
The fee for a 60-minute session is given to you before the first session and does not change for the course of the work. To hear the figure, message the Telegram bot or leave a callback request.
What language are sessions in?
Persian, and English where that is what you would rather work in. Say which you prefer when you book — the pre-session questionnaire exists in Persian only.
How is the first session different?
The first session is for getting to know each other: I hear your situation and we judge together whether this is the right path for you. Nothing about continuing is committed to in that session.
Do you prescribe medication?
No. My work is psychotherapy and no medication is prescribed in sessions. If it is needed, I will refer you to a psychiatrist I work with.
If you are not sure yet, starting here may be easier.
Not on Telegram?
Leave your number and I will call you. This form does not book an appointment; it only sends me your message.
Your message has been sent. Nothing is booked yet — we will settle a time for the session after we speak.
Making the appointment is not the hard part.
